Therese Hill

Teri Hill is a strategic advisor, leadership practitioner, and educator whose career has been dedicated to helping organizations transform vision into meaningful and measurable results. With more than 35 years of experience guiding executives, teams, and enterprises through complex change, she has built a reputation for helping leaders align strategy, culture, and execution in ways that create lasting value. A former Managing Director in Accenture’s Strategy Practice and now founder of Hill Summit Consulting, Teri brings both global perspective and practical wisdom to her work, helping organizations navigate growth while remaining grounded in their purpose and values.

Throughout her career, Teri has led multi-year leadership, process, and cultural transformation initiatives across industries including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, engineering, construction, technology, and energy. Her work is rooted in the understanding that sustainable success requires more than sound strategy—it requires trust, alignment, and the ability to bring people together around a shared vision. Drawing upon evidence-based leadership frameworks, behavioral analytics, and strategic alignment methodologies, she helps leaders strengthen communication, develop high-performing teams, and build organizations capable of thriving through change.
