Tracy Dempsey is a Senior Consultant and Organizational Change Management leader whose work is centered on helping organizations navigate transformation with clarity, purpose, and a deep commitment to people. As a Senior Consultant and Organizational Change Management Lead at Illuminative Strategies, Tracy specializes in aligning strategy, communication, and organizational readiness so that change is not only implemented successfully, but also understood, embraced, and sustained.
