What You’ll Do
Teach Lean Six Sigma (White → Black Belt) through online, project-based cohorts
Coach students to deliver ethical, real financial and operational results
Bridge enterprise rigor with entrepreneurial speed and adaptability
Evaluate performance based on measurable impact—not participation
Who You Are
Proven experience in enterprise (Fortune 500 / government / large-scale ops)and/orentrepreneurship (founder, operator, or early-stage builder)
Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt
Track record of delivering quantifiable results (cost savings, revenue growth, process improvement)
Able to teach from experience, not slides
