Tommy Rhoads

Tommy Rhoads is an operations leader, transformation architect, reinvention strategist, and educator whose career has been shaped by a deep understanding of how organizations create lasting results. Having worked at every level of the enterprise, from frontline operations to executive leadership, he brings a practical perspective rooted in firsthand experience. His work focuses on helping organizations translate vision into action by aligning strategy, process, performance, accountability, and leadership into a unified system that enables sustainable transformation.

Across a career spent inside tribal enterprises, hospitality organizations, government operations, and private-sector businesses, Tommy has led transformation initiatives and guided organizations through growth, operational improvement, cultural change, and strategic execution. His experience spans operational excellence, continuous improvement, guest experience, organizational development, and leadership coaching. He now serves as Founder and CEO of RTI Enterprises, Chief Reinvention Officer at Brave Business AI, Principal at Strategy Elevation Alliance, and Executive Coach and Master Black Belt at GLSS. By integrating traditional improvement methodologies with emerging technologies and AI-enabled execution, he helps leaders build organizations that are both resilient and adaptable in an increasingly complex world.

At The Mana College, Tommy teaches from the belief that leadership and improvement are learned through practice rather than theory alone. He encourages students to engage deeply with real-world challenges, applying what they learn directly within their teams, organizations, and communities. Guided by humility, accountability, and a commitment to service, Tommy helps learners develop the confidence and capability to lead meaningful change, creating systems that not only perform more effectively but also elevate the people who work within them.
