Sepehr Gashti

Sepehr H. Gashti is a process improvement practitioner and educator dedicated to helping organizations create systems that are clear, effective, and built for long-term success. As a Process Optimization Consultant, he works with leaders and teams to improve operations, solve complex challenges, and strengthen the foundations that support sustainable growth. His approach combines analytical rigor with thoughtful collaboration, helping organizations navigate change while keeping people, purpose, and performance at the center of decision-making.

Throughout his career, Sepehr has contributed to public-sector transformation initiatives, process improvement programs, quality management efforts, and community-based learning partnerships. He is known for his ability to facilitate productive conversations, align stakeholders around shared priorities, and translate complex challenges into practical improvement opportunities. Through his work in workshop design, training delivery, and Lean education—including supporting Lean Yellow Belt instruction for emerging student leaders—he has helped learners and organizations develop the skills needed to drive meaningful results. His expertise spans process optimization, project management, change management, quality engineering, and organizational readiness.
