Wesley T. Abernatha, MBA, is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, educator, and transformation leader whose career has been dedicated to helping organizations and individuals achieve meaningful, measurable improvement. With more than two decades of experience spanning Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, military service, and international consulting engagements, Wesley has led initiatives that strengthen operational performance while developing the people responsible for sustaining long-term success. Beginning as a formally trained instructor during his service in the U.S. Army, Wesley discovered a passion for teaching that has remained a constant throughout his career. He has designed and delivered Lean Six Sigma certification programs, leadership development workshops, and executive education courses focused on strategic planning, organizational change, and operational excellence. Through leadership roles at organizations including Boeing, Express Scripts, Unigroup, and consulting engagements across multiple sectors, he has guided teams through complex transformations that improved compliance, financial performance, efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.
