John Elliott

John Elliott is a seasoned executive, leadership mentor, and strategist whose career has been shaped by a commitment to service, stewardship, and organizational excellence. Over more than four decades, he has held senior leadership roles across consulting, finance, and executive management, including serving as Chief Executive Officer for Native American Tribal operations for twenty years across three major Tribal Nations. Leading organizations with thousands of team members, John developed a deep appreciation for the responsibility of leadership and the importance of creating systems that honor both people and purpose.

John began his professional journey with Andersen, where he became a Chartered Accountant and advanced to the role of Chief Operating Officer for Asia Pacific Consulting. Throughout his career, he has been deeply involved in developing future leaders, mentoring professionals, and helping organizations translate strategy into meaningful results. Following his retirement from executive leadership in 2024, he founded Strategy Elevation Alliance to focus on strategy execution, leadership development, and sharing the lessons gained through a lifetime of leadership experience. His work today continues to support organizations seeking to strengthen culture, improve performance, and build leadership capacity at every level.

At The Mana College, John brings a perspective shaped by decades of leadership, reflection, and continuous learning. As a Certified Master in The Leadership Challenge, he draws upon one of the world's most respected leadership development frameworks while remaining grounded in his personal philosophy of the three L's: Listen, Look, and Learn. He believes that leadership is not defined by position or authority, but by the legacy we create through our actions, decisions, and service to others. Through his teaching and mentorship, John helps learners cultivate the wisdom, humility, and courage needed to lead with integrity and create lasting positive impact in their organizations and communities.
