DR. Pamela Vornholt-Schreiner
Dr. Pamela Vornholt-Schreiner is an educator, program innovator, and leadership practitioner whose career has been dedicated to expanding opportunities for learners of all ages. With more than 30 years of experience across education, business, and community development, she has designed and led transformational programs that empower individuals to discover their potential and create meaningful impact in their communities. Her work reflects a deep belief that education is most powerful when it develops both capability and agency, enabling learners to become active participants in shaping their own futures.
Throughout her career, Pamela has worked across a diverse range of disciplines, including early childhood education, adult learning, vocational training, agribusiness, leadership development, and community engagement. As a leader responsible for more than twenty educational and workforce programs, she has helped organizations build innovative learning experiences that connect knowledge with real-world application. Her research and professional practice focus on equity, learner empowerment, and measurable impact, exploring how educational systems can create greater access, opportunity, and success for diverse populations.
At The Mana College, Pamela brings a learner-centered perspective rooted in service, inclusion, and lifelong growth.
