KARLO TANJUAKIO

Karlo Tanjuakio is the Founder and Dean of The Mana College, where he is helping redefine what higher education can become when learning is measured by capability, contribution, and real-world impact. As the creator of Ethical Efficiency™, Karlo developed a framework that brings together ethics, systems thinking, and measurable outcomes, grounded in the belief that true progress must improve both performance and human well-being. His work challenges the idea that authority comes from titles alone, emphasizing instead that leadership is earned through demonstrated competence, service, and results.

In 2011, Karlo founded GLSS with a mission to help everyone, everywhere improve their workplaces and communities. Today, GLSS serves professionals, organizations, and government agencies around the world with practical training designed to turn learning into measurable improvement. He is also the founder of Kure, an AI-powered execution platform that helps individuals and teams move from ideas to action faster. With more than 25 years of experience in information technology and over 14 years dedicated to continuous improvement, Karlo has spent his career building systems that empower people to create meaningful change.

At The Mana College, Karlo’s vision is rooted in the understanding that wisdom is revealed through action. He believes education should do more than transfer knowledge—it should develop character, cultivate responsibility, and prepare learners to contribute at the highest level of their potential. Through his leadership, students are encouraged to pursue mastery with humility, lead with integrity, and create measurable value for their organizations, communities, and the world around them.
